Okay I am now out of the 160's and into the 150's. I dropped one pound. I hope I can maintain and lose another pound or two before the weekend! I seem to do better on logging my food and eating enough during the week. I can't seem to find any hunger on te weekends i just get too busy to eat. I also do my walking on my lunch breaks during the week. And drink more water. Guess i have more of a routine on the week days.
72.1 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Congratulation on getting down into the 50's. I'm stuck in the 160's and I just can't get it to drop to the 150's. I still have about 15 pounds to goal but just not getting there. Hang in there. You can contiue to do it and I know you will. Have a wonderful day.:)

Good job. I am also working on finding the time to eat right. It's funny, before I also found time to eat.

Congrats! I find the same thing: I've got more of a routine during the week than on the weekends.
