I have heard MCT mebtioned on here and just stumbled across it at the chemist, should i get it?? Does anyone have any reccomenations or experiences that can help me from personal experience?? MCT oil, good or bad?

MCT oil as well as the other oil can be good and bad depending on your diet, amount of oil taking through the day and personal health ;)

I use MCT oil - it was recommended to me by a specialist after my illness, also preserves and improves brain function. 🧠🌟

As part of a keto diet or can it also supplement for people not doing the fasting thing?
