After dissapearing for awhile, im back on the losing train! I had gone down to 69 kilos and back up to 74, winter kills me! SO yesterday I started the 13 day diet and it's working great for now. Im hungry but I already feel the effects in volume. I know its early, but apparently you can lose between 7-20 kilos. Im happy if I lose 5. Travelling end December and I want to at least be in the high sixties-69 is fine. I have already lost about 20 kilos, ill post some before and after pictures soon but this time I wanan go all the way. Let's see how this goes. Oh and I work till 8 pm so I'm unable o excercise like before, but get holidays on the 22nd so ill be hittign the gym for the eight days before I travel!
