On Mondays I come to work mid morning after having my breakfast, so I am going to wait til tomorrow so I can weigh in in the morning. Woke up today with a really bad sinus and feeling like crap..but still with the will of losing weight and trim down feeling positive and some more after some family members asking me over the weekend exactly what I am doing because they can tell I have lost some weight and I look good and healthier. :)
Like I mentioned before I am gonna try to gradually lower my carb intake below 60g daily and go up on my protein. It is going to take me a few days because I still have some stuff left that I bought recently that are high in carbs but I am not gonna throw em away..I will just eat a bit of them each day until they are gone maybe in the next 4 to 5 days :). WTG!!! Love getting those compliments. They really lift your spirit, don't they? :D Good luck upping the protein. I've found that's a great component in my plan.

I hope you feel better soon! Then you can workout some more and receive more compliments! :D How do you plan on upping your protein? Are you going to use protein powder or try to eat foods with more protein in them?

Thanks Rob and Blue Box. I will upp my Protein by combining foods high in protein and the whey protein shake. I will try to get the carbs only and exclusively from the veggies and fruits...Will try my best to avoid sweets, pasta, breads, rice etc etc.

That's great, JAM! That's the way to do it! I was just telling someone yesterday about Dannon Light & Fit Greek yogurts. 12g of protein, low carbs, and only 80 calories. They are really good! Check that one out too. (Just be sure to only get the 80 calorie ones, they have others that are not, and are not the same).
