I lost weight i can't believe it, must by walking and trying to eat a bit less. I am soo heartened because imagine what will happen when I start ing more healthy meals etc. I am so excited to hopefully get under 100kgs soon!! because I have lost around 2kgs in 7 days. yay!!, How should I celebrate??

Thanks guys! I don't have room for a plant grey kat, BUT I am buying myself a bike tomorrow! I'm pretty exciting actually because its low impact and works the legs and I've always had the most trouble losing weight from my legs.

Aolichi - aww thank you! 😍 yes I definitely don't overdo it, ATM I'm just trying to eat less kjs tha before and get my walkies in (and I'm starting a bit of strength training w like 1kg weights hehe) and slowly but surely lose weight!
