I am going to be taking more control of my life starting now. I am going to try to deal with my food addiction issues. I believe I deserve to be healthy as much as anyone else and I need to remind myself of that and let the past stay where it belongs.....in the past.
So I am changing my way of living. I have decided to eat healthy, and if I don't follow the diet completely thats ok. I am going to be making better choices and that is key. SO here goes!!!!
