Day three after vacation and the weight is coming back off! I knew I could do it. I have re-started my squats and I am going in for the BIG 10 (ab) today. I have been using my ab-assist on my pull up bar but nothing is as tough as my 10 minute AB routine. ugh-
66.5 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
