After a number of crash diets in the last year, I’ve finally said enough. I’m going to do things Ye Olde Fashioned way with calorie counting and exercise. It worked for me once, I’m sure it’ll work again. I’ve tried buying into the whole “my metabolism must be broken cuz I’m not losing weight” thing, all the while forgetting that I once lost 90 pounds doing just the simple, sustainable healthy eating. I’m already down 2.4 pounds in 2 days just watching what I put in my mouth (water weight, but still.) after a week of not seeing the scale budge, it’s encouraging. I’m done with the fads. I’m just gonna stick to Intermittent fasting and calorie counting. I got 40 pounds to go! Let’s do this! 👊🏼🤩
