I won't step on the scale until Monday cause I am affraid I didn't lose any. From today I will try to lower my calorie intake to 1200 and try to do 950 to a 1,000 cal before 5:30 p.m. and save 200 calories for dinner after my workouts and it will be a whey protein shake only. That will be my dinner. Hoping to go back down at least 2 pounds by Monday. I am definitely dropping sizes and getting leaner all around and it is really visible, I feel my body thight and my old clothing are starting to fit again, but I am not losing the pounds at the pace I would like too or how I use too before... which it was pretty fast and doing the same, but I understand that our body and metabolism changes with age so I got to accept that. Let's see how it goes from now until Monday.

Don't be scared of the scale, it's just a number! And if you are dropping sizes and getting leaner, that is wonderful progress!! Let's say you don't lose the 2 lbs by Monday, it's no big deal. Some people lose weight faster than others.

Thanks for the encouragment I appreciate it. I think I need to lower my carb compsumtion a raise my protein. Years ago I lost 65lbs in 8 months or so by cutting out breads,pasta,rice,sweets,and soda. I was strictly eating white meats and salads, some fruits, low fat or light dairy products and a energy bar or snack every now and then. Red meats , wheat bread and eggs only once a week and exercising every day at least an hour and my calorie intake was no more than 1200 a day. It worked perfect back then. I maybe eating too much carbs now . Lets see how it goes. Thanks for your input.
