So my significant other brought me lunch at work . This huge plate and everything is fried :( . Its all latino food: Yuca, stuffed potato puertorican style, empanadas and cofee. I love this type of food because I am latina and I am so tempted to eat it all..but I am gonna go to my moms house for lunch and share half of it with her so I wont eat it all. And then later I am gonna have to go to the gym and do a real workout and eat very very light for dinner.

Mmmmm. So nice of your S.O.! Have to have a little of it. But your plan is a good one. Have a little, but then make up for it. You can do it! :D

Great plan to cut your intake in half! And a nice way to spend your lunch time. I find that the people closest to me get more stressed out by the change in my eating habits if I remind them. So this past week I practiced not reminding anyone while we were on vacation. It was a success; I am going to put some of those skills to work for me now that I am home. I will add SHARE MY PLATE to my fatsecret forum discussion. Thanks!
