Hi this meal has 580 calories and will keep you full for longer 💖 soyanbean recepie is like general curry in tomato onion base 😊 hope this helps

580 calories? chapati is 100 cal soyabean curry 150 and fried veggies about 150. total 400

Pronoykanu these are multigrain chapatis 150 cals for 2 and the veggies and soya curry cals are mentioned as my the weight and together they make 580 cals😊 hope this helps
