Wow, another 2 pounds lost! I think the real reason I lost weight is due to the fact that I have been either less hungry in the mornings this past week, or I was too lazy to make my eggs and bacon breakfast and I would just drink keto coffee instead. If my morning appetite goes back to where it was before, I should normally gain a bit.
Due to not being as diligent in taking my blood pressure, a bit of stress and other reasons I do not wish to discuss, my morning BP has been higher than usual (in the 130s) this past week. Earlier this morning, I took it twice and the 2nd reading was lower (in the 120s), which is good news.
Last day of daylight savings time (DST) today! Back to standard time tomorrow! Most people hate this, but I prefer standard time (EST for me because I live in Eastern Canada) for the winter. I know that the sun is going to set around 5 PM next week, but at least it is going to rise at 6 AM instead of 7 for a little while! I don't really mind DST in the summer, but it is harsh in early March. More and more people are pushing for DST all year round, Yukon is already doing it, so it may also be a reality for the rest of the country in the future. I am not looking forward to a DST in December when the sun rises after 8:30 AM, but I guess I will have to get used to it eventually.
