Go plant base and eat as much as you like. But seriously, I limited my calories to 1500/ day and almost every meal is like this. So far it is working for me.

i literally only eat 100-200 kcals a day

@trillium, I'm not 100%vegan and eat yogurt occasionally. But still one 2500mcg B12 (cyanocobalamin) tablet weekly.

Oh, good. I take a 1000mcg daily supplement and eat some red meat because my levels fell. It seems some older people don't absorb B12 as well as they did when they were younger (less stomach acid).

I am planning to do a 42 day vegetarian cleanse. I already eat about 60-70% whole food plant based and this it would be nice to make a change for awhile . great job with the health and self care
