Ate some fruit at noon. Had a late breakfast around 9-10 a.m., so my lunch will be around 2:30 p.m. Looking forward to my cycling class later today. But will do a bit of exercise on my own here at home. :)

Oh, cycling class sounds like fun! Do you find it easier to workout alone or in a class?

Definitely in class, especially because the one I go to its with the cycling group I ride with in Spring , Summer and part of Fall. There are always 15-20+ people in every class and we all know each other and makes it really fun. We pretend that we are in one of our rides routes outside and sometimes if someone screams "dooogggg" everyone needs to sprint as hard as we can to get away from the dog which some times happens in real life ...lol..In other words its not like a regular spinning class at the gym it takes place at a Bike shop with your own bike so you learn a lot about cycling in general. Off course we got music and Videos as well . I love it and the best part is that its Free with a USA certified coach wich is our group ride leader. :)
