It is hard to realize after you lose weight that you aren't as big as you were. I went to Old Navy and got some jammy bottoms and they are waaay to big. I just got what I would normally get. My husband says I need to realize I am not as big as I was a few months ago. I have a hard time seeing myself any other way.

Your hubby is so right. Start looking at yourself in the mirror, again, so you can see yourself as others see you.

Yeah for the smaller jammys!! It has got to feel good to know that you are smaller and others can see it, now just work on that mindset.
