Back home yesterday so missed weigh-in for Holiday Challenge on Friday. Weighed this morning at the gym. Not sure if the scale is busted or low but I'm only up 1/2 lb. Shocking since I was extremely bad. So, there is still hope of me not gaining over the holidays. Just need to lose the 1/2 lb PLUS make it thru New Year's Eve. Ooops I also have a birthday party this afternoon.
