Today is grocery shopping and chauffeur day. Took niece to basketball practice. Have to pick her up soon. Then going to Costco for weekly grocery shopping. Craving Pinky's roasted brussel sprouts with bacon. Hope to pickup another prime rib. Had a late breakfast but already hungry for lunch!

Helen, we picked up a prime rib from Sam's, I think basically what you get at Costco. It was soooo good. Although I like mine cooked rare and my husband cooked it a bit more done that I prefer. I think we are going to grab another one today. And those brussel spouts are very good. Have fun today. :)

Mmmmmmmmmm. Now I want brussel sprouts. Can't go back to the store today as we have lots of snow falling right now. It does look pretty though.

I love brussel sprout and also had some for dinner tonight. I'll have to check out the roasted ones. They sound really good. Not sure Helen, if you are getting hungry, you might need to get in more fat or protien or both. Just a thought. Hope you had a great day and take car.:)
