I was planning on going to the gym first time in the morning. Woke up around 7 a.m. with a stuffy nose and sneezing my life out. Took a pill and went back to bed hoping to feel better in a few hours. fell asleep again and woke up at 10:30 a.m. so I missed breakfast time. Just got back from the gym (5:15 p.m.)and refueled with chocolate milk and a banana. Watching NFL with my boys and cooking dinner. :)
