1. Roma gandum 9 keping (270 kal)
~Ditumbuk, dipadetin
2. Nutrijel coklat (75 kal) + Gula diabetasol 6 sachet (0 kal)
3. Roti gandum (200 kal)
~ Dipotong kecil kecil disusun diatas ager coklat setelah lapisan atas ager jadi.
4. Susu Greenfield <1.1 Fat> 500 ml (220 kal) + Keju Slice kraft (50 kal) + Garem dikit.
~ Setelah mendidih, masukin maizena (30 kal) 1 sendok yang udah diaduk sama air biasa. Tuangin diatas roti. Masukin ke kulkas.
Estimasi TOTAL = 845 kalori, salah aku bukan 750. Tapi ini worth it banget dibanding dessert biasa mungkin bisa 1000 keatas.
