Went for a 2 hour workout this morning. Havent check on my weigh because I do it on my Jobs scale all the time and I don't have one at home. I was off yesterday so I couldn't weight myself. Will prob pass by on Monday morning to check on that. I am hoping to be at least 1.5 to 2 pounds lighter than last time. I been doing pretty good I believe and I am very motivated.
