Even though I don't like water for drinking that much I am determine to drink at least 8 glasses every day and doing pretty good for the past week and a half, but not today, just 16oz so far :(. Just got back from the gym and feeling great. Having 8oz of strawberry Recoverite HAMMER shake. 5 medium strawberries and a small banana. :)
