110 gram buah naga 60 gram pisang Buah naga sama pisang aku bikin frozen dulu semalaman di freezer ya.. 15 gram oats 50 cc almond milk Tinggal di blender aja. Aku topoing pake 60 gram mix berries 10 gram oats Sedikit chia seed Total kalori kurleb 260 kalori aja. Untuk bahan sebenernya tunggal disesuaikan sama kebutuhan kalori masing masing aja. Sama kebutuhan kenyangnya perut masing². Kalo aku seguni udah cukup kenyang. Kalo kebanyakan suka begah perutnya.
