I ended up having a cup of almond milk and a medium red apple last night after my workout. I slept so good that I was almost late for work this morning. Feeling better about my sinus and looking forward to my cycling indoor class tonight. The weekend starts tonight for me.. I am off work tomorrow and next week...woohooo!!
