had to use these because i had to make room in the fridge. i find it so hard to fi d (nin- plain greek) yoghurt that isnt full of sugar :(

Alternatively, if you don’t like greek style yogurt, buy one and add some stevia and cacao powder with fruits on top. That really helped me not eating those sugary yogurts

I found buying Greek yoghurt and adding canned blackberries or mango really works and keeps the calories low
