So I wanted to eat something different tonight and very low in calories. I made myself some egg whites with chopped spinach a touch of chopped onions a small sliced tomato with 2 slices of wheat bread and a glass of cold water. I have been craving at night for sweets so I left me a good 200 calories in reserve for after my workout tonight. I will have something yummy and healthy like a smoothie or a cup of cottage cheese with strawberries or something like that.
