Felt better yesterday after my cycling workout but woke up again this morning with a headache. My sinus still bothering , It always bother pretty bad around this time of the year, I am trying to control it with medication but it looks like I need something stronger than what I am taking. The only thing is that the stronger stufff that really work does knock me out and I can't afford that. Anyway, hope to feel better soon and looking forward to my Gym session tonight. A bit of cardio to warm up and then work on strenght and power. :)
