Aku ambil nasinya pake sendok makan, cuma 2 sdm aja 😁 tapi kalo untuk pemula, aku ga saranin langsung 2 sdm ya kalo makan, dikurangin sedikit demi sedikit sampe sekarang baru 2 sdm setiap kali makan 🙂
