mau nanya dong, itu patokan persentase mksdnya gmn sih? padahal tdinya cuma sarapan pepaya 100gr doang, masa udh penuh gtu? tpi di nutrition nya karbo msih kurang. harus gmn ya? saran nya dong, ga paham bgt
