My morning routine got thrown off bc I had to report early for jury duty. Hopefully I'll get out of here early enough to squeeze in my exercise before dinner. I'm actually logged on in the jury assembly room. The amenities have certainly improved since the last time I served on jury duty.
Yippee, got excused from jury duty at 2:30 pm. Have to get on that treadmill. Missing that exercise already.

Nice you didn't have to sit through all that today. Even if it is the treadmill, your moving. I know if I don't get into exercise early in the morning, I usually don't make it at all. Hope you had a great day.:)

Good for you for getting on the treadmill in the afternoon. I am afraid I missed it again to day, unless I do it later tonight which is still a possibility.

Thanks, Laurie and Pinky. I'm so glad I made it onto the treadmill. All the stress from the last few days suddenly hit me and I really needed that release through exercise. I feel so much better now. :)
