It actually seems like I have one good week followed by one bad week. But essentially, I havent done anything wrong as such this week. But I am on my periods, so I understand it maybe the bloating and water weight, and its ok. I have actually enjoyed working out, and I think it will all be worth it. Yet, I am kinda dissapointed. If anybody knows how to not feel disheartened, do tell me.
I completed the 2nd week of Emi Wong Challange, not giving up whatsover. I also some days did some workouts of Chloe Ting since I workout for an hour. I had one proper cheat meal and a bit of icecream 2 days. All in all, nice week, I guess.
