A BIG shout out to Sasquatch77! He’s got on board with eating healthier and is below 260! (Or was yesterday) When we married in 2002 he was around 250-260. He had gotten up close to 300 at one point and did the medifast diet. I worried about him because 800 a day is NOT healthy. He dropped 30 pounds but was weak and tired a lot. He gained it back over the years. Now he is eating healthier meals and lifting weights so he’s maintained his muscle and still managed to lose 25-30# in the last couple of months eating around 2800/day I believe. Very proud of you dear!
