In general, I don’t like or eat seafood. However, I’m looking to incorporate tuna into my diet. Does anyone have recipes to help disguise the “fishy-ness” of the tuna? Low carb/cal if possible. I could make a tuna salad sandwich, and I think I could tolerate it, but I’d like to actually ENJOY it, and it would be nice to get some different ideas (and I’d like to avoid having to coat it in high cal/fat mayo). I would likely only eat this for lunches since the rest of the family dislikes seafood even more than I do. Thanks in advance!

You can make tuna burgers, by adding egg as binder and crumbs or ground up oatmeal, and add in any fried onions, spices or whatever. May be a bit soft, but can fry or bake on parchment, flipping when nearly done.
