In 6months i have gained the weight back that i originally tried to lose after having my 2nd baby. I started at 138...Got down to 125 now up to 132. I let myself eat whatever i wanted as was not as active as i was. I currently have 1 week left in training for a 5K. Given, I was just given notice of this run 4 days ago. Im in no shape. I can easily do 3miles on an eliptical or that other machine that is the mix between stepper & eliptical. However, i can't do more than a 1/4 mile on pavement!! I have 1 week to prepare myself mentally and physically. Im not a runner, but im doing this to be with my 2 best friends. I am watching my calorie intake as well. Its VERY hard having too younge children that are snack happy! I can do this, i can do this!!!
