Olah raga jga kk,,aku olahraga yg di aplikasi yg ada di hp kk,,tpi bab nya gg lancar kk,,kadang 3 hari gg bab,,gi mna ya kk biar lancar babnya

Tubuh memerlukan asupan kalori yg cukup untuk bekerja...dan nutrisi yang cukup .....kalo cuman sayur doang mana bsa bekerja dgn efektif say tubuh jg memerlukan nutrisi lain dari hewani,nabati,buah2an dll ...banyak makan buah dan minum air secukupnha say
