any diet that is based on one or two particular food shouldn't be done on a long term weight loss journey... one or two weeks of such diet is okay

I basically just drink yoghurt all day, as much as I want but usually I just take a cup once in the morning afternoon and night
Then I drink a lot of water and on days I eat other things I make sure to only eat once and not take yoghurt until I’m sure I’m hungry again

if u can continue eating like that for the rest of ur life, then keep it up. but if its not sustainable, please stop cos u will gain it all back if u go back to ur former normal diet for u. will advice u to find ur healthy sustainable diet and stick to it. will be a lifestyle and u will never gain any weight u lose.
finally, weight loss starts from the mind anyways. ditch diet and replace it with healthy lifestyle and every other thing shall be added onto it
my humble opinion.

I dont believe this is a sustainable diet and may also be bad for your health I the long run, especially as diet isnt gut friendly. In my honest opinion, I'll advise you find a sustainable diet plan, wherein you can eat all classes of food, maximum of 3 times a day. I've done this for 2 months and lost 10kg in the process.

Princess Gloria thank you for that, I’d probably go back to my sustainable diet after a few days, just doing this to drop a lot and since I haven’t been feeling like working out lately
But I’m very sure that once I get back on my workout routine I’d be back to my sustainable diet xx
