Phew! I think its been a really good week. I have lost quite some weight and more importantly I have been happy. I have had 2 cheat meals and really enjoyed the workout. Thank you so much @hefty_hanna and @kritikajain25 for your suggestion of starting Emi Wong challanges. They are not only interesting but also effective. I have been doing her 4 week fat burn. Since, her workouts are less than an hour many days, I fill the gap with Chloe Ting abs exercises mostly.
This week has been really inspiring for me. I need to work on my sleep cycle which has not been very regular. But now, I am back on track of drinking enough water. And yes, I am going to have 2 cheat meals every week. Because at the end of the day, its really necessary to be happy. Be fit and stay happy! Cheers!
