I realized that my body goes so slowly in losing weight. I said to myself, why i am worried that much?
I lost 13 pounds, and i am in my best shape right now that feels me GREAT. I know i need to lose more, but not that much weight to lose. At least, i am doing right with my healthy lifestyle. I will keep going even if it takes me 1 year to lose 1 pound :D

I know how you feel, it can be frustrating to lose so slowly, but I'm just focusing on how far I've come. Also, the closer you get to healthy weight, the slower it gets. I'm finding this this too.
