jujur waktu yang before ngerasa badan ga gendut gitu, padahal udah berat banget, tapi tetep aja makan ga inget waktu. terus sadar klo bb udh termasuk obesitas, akhirnya perlahan memperbaiki pola makan.dan skrg malah makin PD karna udh gadipanggil "bu" lagi
