Doing a little better! The cold weather kind of restricrts me from walking like i would want because my 2 kids are so small I don't want to risk taking them out and getting them cold but I am doing all I can to get in even just a little exercise.
100.2 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

There are lot's of exercise dvd's you can do at home. I used to when my kids were tiny and i couldn't take them out. Sometimes I would put on music and we would all dance around. The kids thought it was fun.
