Bangun jam 6, minum teh/kopi tawar, jam 9 makan oat pisang yogurt, siang makan apa aja(banyakin sayur, banyak ya banyak wkwkwkwk), jam 3 ngemil(tape singkong, buah, timun)udah deh sampe besoknya, sepanjang hari kenyang kok ^^ jangan tidur terlalu malem,simple nya tidur awal+bangun awal adalah kunci buat stuck👌
