Well the big day has come for me, the Race for Life this morning . Due to the big surgery I had 6 weeks ago it will be brisk walking only . It’s going to be very emotional , I intended to do this race in memory of my mum but as many know I also had cancer , hence the surgery.
I will try have nice memories of my amazing mum and be proud I can do this so soon in my recovery . and that I have stuck on my diet journey . The weight is coming off slowly but that fine . I am on this
