Day number 2 on weight watchers! Yesterday was pretty easy to get through, though I went to the grocery store after work and by the time I got home I was starving! I'm sure it will take a few days until my body adjusts to my new, healthier eating habits. I'm willing to wait it out because I know the results will pay off in the long run. Watching TV also helps, seeing those teeny, tiny girls reminds me why I'm doing this and where I will be if I stick to it. I skipped the VS fashion show though, I didn't want to torture myself too much lol! I also feel better today, not really slimmer but just healthier. Whenever I eat junk I feel it, in my stomach, skin, everywhere. Today I feel a lot better, a lot healthier. I missed this feeling!
