Spicy Kimchi Beef Soup Dumplings :)

Yes I made this :) Thank you kindly :) ! For the wrapper I weighed out 30 grams of flour and just kept sprinkling warm water until it was a thick dough. Then I rolled it out and set aside. Next I took 100g raw ground beef and mixed it with some chopped green onions, soy sauce, and diced kimchi (I used homemade Brussel Sprout Kimchi but you use store bought also or just chop up cabbage/greens, green onions, fish sauce, soy sauce, red pepper powder, salt, garlic). Take the wrappers and put the meat paste inside and gather the sides to to top. If you want you can make many and freeze flat and put into a plastic bag in the freeze for later, just adjust the amount of ingredients. Then put the dumpling thing in a bowl with water (not full, like 1/2 full maximum). Microwave for 2-4 minutes depending on microwave. Eat! :) Careful it is hot. It's a very fast recipe actually if you use prepare kimchi, only takes 10-15 min or so start to finish :)
