masyila sorry aku gabs kasih tips, krn ini progress udah lama ya dr 84kg kr 73kg, itu aku pake ocd yang 4jam aja sih 2bulanan, tp udh 3thn yg lalu trs stag nan. skrg dr 73 ke 64 pake defisit kalori biasa aja bmr + 100, skrg jalan 2bulanan. olahraga yg emiwong no jumping 15 menit hehe. yg penting niat n konsisten aja, biar bs nahan diri ga comot2 hehe
