Minggu lalu saya craving gila2an pengen makan terus akhirnya saya konsultasi ternyata salah satu penyebabnya terlalu banyak gula. minggu ini udah gak craving malah kenyang terus krn bingung jd greek yogurt dgn madu granola dan anggur 250 kalori kenyangin..
