Hey you, have you considered being a little more gentle on yourself? I trust that you do the best you can each day...trust yourself. Just take a meal at a time.

Pam - I can relate a little because when DH was laid off in June I have been on a slippery slope. I'm just trying to remember how good it feels to take good care of me - starting today - one step at a time - okay breakfast - no fruit so that I can get the sweet fix out of my head (and mouth). We can do this - together. I am committing to make a difference in my life today. Back to logging food and exercise.

We have ups and downs..self beatings keep us down. It's not a fail..it's bump in the road and you it's starts with healthy choices today and never mind how many days you've been off track. Sept/oct was my hump and the clothes tell no lies. I'm on track again
