Happy Halloween!

I know temptation is going to be around every corner, so be prepared!

My local Krispy Kreme is offering a free donut to anyone who is in costume. I've dress up as a wench today. :) And as much as I love free food, I did not stop! Also, when I first got in to work I was offered a hot sausage biscuit, but I resisted!

Let's hope I can last all day! :D Stay strong everyone!
