Bahan :
Kentang
Brokoli
Jamur ( optional bisa pake sayuran yg lain)
Dada ayam
Rebus sampai setengan matang kentang dan brokolinya
Tumis ayam bersama bombay dan jamur pake minyak dikit..
Kalau udah semua siap.
Susun kentang diatas teflon, tambahkan kocokan telur supaya kentang bisa nempel, letakkan brokoli, ayam dan jamur, kasih garam secukupnya, kaldu jamur dan minyak sedikit, kasih taburan mozarella diatas
Masak sampai matang. Api kcil aja
