What a great week! Although thanksgiving was filled with many temptations. My food log and some discipline kept me on the right track. I did a lot of substitutions for healthy instead of greasy & fat and stayed away from all those sugary goodies for the most part.
Growing up I was always horrible at chin ups. I was the chubby kid that would grab on to the bar and just hung there. It was soo frustrating and I swear I couldn't do 1. I would just dangle. Over the last 2 week I was able to pull of 3 ..haha I know still pretty horrible. Today , I've managed to do 5-6 :D As poor as that may be I still did it.
