Tamu bulanan memang membuat rencana berantakan, aku sedang merasakannya kak.. olah raga gampang cape, nafsu mkn tinggi,, jdnya naik deh. Tp katanya biasa itu ngak apa-apa. Habis tamunya udahan mulai lg. Capeeeekk 😢
